These are the booking and travel terms set out in our Jodhpur–Jaisalmer itineraries, plus one line about payments on this website. Prices are never published here: your written quotation states the final tax-inclusive amount (GST 5%). To ask for one, send us an enquiry.
Reservations & stays
- Confirmation is subject to availability. A quotation is an offer, not a confirmed reservation.
- Base-category rooms are offered unless otherwise stated. If the quoted hotel is unavailable, an equivalent alternative may be provided.
- Hotel check-in / check-out policies apply.
Payment
- Pay 40% of the total package cost in advance to confirm. Complete the remaining payment on arrival.
- The advance is non-refundable. No discount applies after package confirmation.
- Payment details are shared privately with your quotation — Tripclic never asks for card details or OTPs on this website.
Meals & unused services
- Follow the meal timings communicated by the hotel or camp.
- Unused accommodation, missed meals, transport, sightseeing or other services are not refundable or exchangeable under these terms, including disruption due to weather, illness, strikes or roadblocks.
Cancellation & changes
- Cancellation charges: 10% of the total package cost for cancellation 30 days or more before arrival; 50% for cancellation before 15 days; no refund before 7 days.
- No change of plan is accepted within 7 days of travel.
Before you pay
Before payment: confirm the charge for your exact cancellation date and how the non-refundable advance is treated. Obtain these terms in writing before paying.
